Activate license

Steps

1. Find your license key on the Gumroad purchase-complete page or receipt.
2. Open oto-e and select “Free” in the header.
3. Paste the key under “Already purchased?” and select “Verify key & activate Pro.”
4. When “PRO active” appears, you're done.

Offline use

Initial activation requires an internet connection. For 30 days after the last successful verification, Pro features work offline. Beyond 30 days, only Pro export pauses until re-verification. Your projects and settings are not deleted.

If activation fails

• Check your internet connection and that there is no whitespace around the key.
• Confirm the product you purchased is “oto-e Creator Pro.”
• Refunded, disputed, charged-back, or disabled keys cannot be used.
• If unresolved, contact support with your order number — do not include the full key.
