• License activation requires an internet connection.
• Your purchase key can be found on the Gumroad receipt or purchase-complete page.

Purchases & refunds

Payment, receipts, and refunds for Creator Pro are handled by Gumroad, the merchant of record, under Gumroad's own policy. Check your purchase history and license key in your Gumroad library or purchase email. You can request a refund or cancellation through Gumroad's help center. If you need help with the process, contact [email protected] (Japanese supported) with the email address used at purchase, the order number, and the reason. Please do not paste your full license key into a regular inquiry.

• Browser name and version
• OS and device
• Steps to reproduce and any error shown (excluding the full key)
• Export resolution and fps
